Foil is available in a wide array of colors, and can be custom ordered in multicolored rolls. Please allow extra production time when considering this product as it involves two seperate processes to complete your finished design.

Burn out prints actually take the colored die out of the garment it is printed on. Unlike conventional plastisols, this type of printing leaves virtually no hand feel when properly executed. The discharge agent can be used with a clear base and also can be mixed with standard plastisol inks resulting in a plasticharge print. These inks are always very thin, resulting in a waterbased ink type of feel.

Plasticharge prints are a combination of a discharge (burnout) print that takes the color out of the fabric, while leaving a thin layer of plastisol in the garment. The results are a soft hand print that can often have a marbled, or worn out, distressed look. The results of this and any burn out process will vary depending on the apparel's cotton/poly content and the actual brand of clothing as well.

Crystalina has fine multicolor glitter chips suspended in a clear base. Can be used as a stand alone ink or over a base coat to add extra sparkle. Not recommended for designs with very fine lines , high detail or halftones, as the glitter needs to be printed through a coarse mesh screen in order to transfer to the garment.

Suede Inks can be described as having the hight of a high density ink with the characteristics of an old school puff ink. It will raise off of the imprinted surface, giving your design a 3 dimensional look and smooth suede-like feel. We can custom mix any color and it can be used with fine detailed prints and halftones.
